But what about the percentage of the police officers that join the force already racists??
Also add in the Not In MY Backyard types. Everyone is for helping the mentally ill until the Halfway House or Institution is going to be down the block.
At the end of this COVID thing there will be a lot more people dealing with serious mental health issues. The UN released information saying there will be millions who starve to death globally due to food shortages due to supply chain disruptions. The reaction was worse than COVID.
