Joe does not have a great understanding of what “mind reading” or the neuro link would even look like. Your mind isn’t some book that can be read. What would you be doing anyway? Having some computer transcribe your thoughts and transfer it to someone else? What about feelings? What if feelings don’t even feel the same for each other. So much goes into it and no way humans let anyone else into our minds.
