Would this correlate to when you eat a lot more when you're hung over? All the points kinda lean towards it, because your drunk sleep is shit
I sleep like 5 to 7 hours at best
I go to sleep at 9.00pm
But I honestly feel better sleeping this way, I wake up at 3.30am every day without even an alarm clock
I have to mention that I'm 15
