is there a limit on max weight you can have ………… like if you are fighting in 155 category then you have to maximum weigh in at 155 at wiegh ins and 165 max at the fight night ………… if more than 165 then the fight will be a no contest .,………… i think boxing has such rules
Do the weigh-ins as late as possible. Those who still try to cut a lot and then later bulk, will suffer, those who walk at their fight weight will benefit. It’s much fairer for everyone
People who say Jo is off remember that being slightly stronger from peds won't really help against someone who's 20 lbs heavier than you bc physics only cares about mass not how much turnibols in your system.
You're not talking about a ped user going up against a random Joe schmo who's 20 lbs heavier it's someone who also trains and also is just as strong as you are now with 20lbs more weight to throw

I think the fighters should fight on the weight class that is the closest to their natural weight
