47:50 Chris, has it occurred to you maybe they are watching us in case we become a danger to ourselves or others around the galaxy? Why does it have to be we are interesting? What if some physicist worked out the beginnings of interstellar travel, and in the future we could be affecting other planets in the galaxy? Would they not want to prepare or prevent or whatever? It's called intel. If we found another planet with ape-like creatures that is smart enough to build dangerous tech but too stupid to be morally stable, we sure as hell would watch them too.
