Tyson Fury is an excellent messenger for the millions of people suffering in silence. Suicide is the biggest cause of death for UK men under 40. You know there's something wrong when we are better at killing ourselves than Mother Nature. I personally suffer with periods of depression too. He is giving clear and helpful advice. A healthy body obtained through exercise is the best platform to push on further. Personally, I have also found using the creative parts of you mind helps a great deal too. My hobby is music production. When I use my creativity in my music production my mind becomes a little clearer.
