Whoever does "transcendental meditation" won't say anything about the technique because they PATENTED the thing (which is no different from any other kind of meditation) and will sue the a** out of them if they reveal their "personalised super customised super duper mantra". The whole thing makes me sick to my stomach.
TM is a cult. He didn't tell when you do the course you have to give a white handkerchief and a piece of fruit to the trainer. WTF? Just choose your own mantra and do it yourself.
