Oh no make no mistake about it everything I’ve learned about my kicks I have learned from Joe Rogan. The sidekick I can now put my heavy bag through the wall because of this guy. You don’t lift your leg in the airLike a ballerina.You lift your leg in the air almost Muaythai position and you snap your hip to the side. Understanding and learning this motion has helped me push my heavy back through the wall of my house. I’ll have some explaining to do to my landlord because of the wall Damage, but I thank Joe further knowledge
