Feeling a car lose traction has nothing at all to do with your "ass"….that sensation that you get is primarily due to your cerebellum and basal ganglia. A paraplegic person would have that same phenomenon, even a person without legs and an ass at all would feel the same thing.
It works in conjunction with proprioception to quickly assess postural movements and stability and sends that information from the cerebellum and basal ganglia through the thalamus, amygdala, and hippocampus (for emotional appraisal based on prior situational and motor memories) and then the information ultimately transmits to the frontal cortex which then allows you to execute an action plan via efferent upper motor neurons which are sent to the millions of neuromuscular junctions of your appendages, allowing limb movement.
"lose weight without restricting calories". Sorry law of thermodynamics says otherwise
I've never really been a fan of Bryan, but I think he's one of the best interviewees Joe's ever had. They have great conversations, he's a pretty smart guy.
Joe, Donald Trump didn't change his name, his grandfather who immigrated to the US did in 1885 did. Get your facts straight please. Great pod cast.
