Just eat both balanced Plant plus animal diet IDIOTSSS
I never understood why people vilify meat because of saturated fats, the average person in Western society gets most of their saturated fat intake from junk food (chocolate, biscuits, cookies, sweets, cakes, processed garbage,…). There lies the problem, that mixture of high saturated fat content and high sugar content (which spikes your insulin) is a recipe for disaster, sugar and fat are two things you should not be mixing.
100gr of oreo cookies contain almost 10x more saturated fat than 100gr of breast of chicken, and a shit tone of sugar, and people will usually eat the entire packet of oreo cookies in one sitting. But sure, meat is the issue, meat is the reason for preventable heart disease…
This is nonsense lol.
Remember everyone Atkins had coronary heart disease. Mic Drop.
Every single criticism Nina has about Scientists can be applied to her. She is a long term Atkins follower and her entire book is based on spin and cherry picking the data. She is absolutely a brilliant writer and that's about it. Her ability to understand and interpret the science is laughable. She conflates arguments and uses personal attacks on individuals to try and deflect from the science. She also continues to attack the Scientific method on the enormous body of evidence showing the link between saturated fat intake and CVD. However she shows NO EVIDENCE whatsoever for her claims that saturated fat does NOT cause CVD. She can't. Because there is 0.
