Thank you JRE. This conversation literally changed my life, and validated my need to get off pharmaceutical medications due to med effect. All from a random YouTube recommendation.
This video also helped me share with others what I’m having a hard time articulating and going through in my own personal struggle. Mental health has a stigma and is difficult to talk about, especially since the ‘solution’ is very personal.
