Agree, equality of effort, input before talking about equality of result, wealth etc
Would anyone who's rich really pay 70% in taxes? I mean, when the top tax rate was 90% during and just after World War Two, no one paid that much because even most rich people were below that $10million mark, and those above it used loopholes and such to make their tax burdens lower.
