Michael Yo is a master interviewer. So glad he had Joe Rogan on to talk about Jiu Jitsu.
JuJitsu is the worst for self defense lol it's a sport. The point of survival fighting is to stay standing, not roll on the ground in the muck. JuJitsu is easily beatable which is why it is not taught to US military elites like Modern Arnis and FMA which is far superior in war or on the street.
