I watch this when I need to restore my faith in humanity. These days I've been watching often. Thank you Dakota for all you have done as a US Marine and as a human being.
Really sad how affected mentally he is by the experience but he seems like a really nice man
I respect Dakota for his service and what he went through. I don’t like how he keeps saying the Afghans were his “brothers” and as close to him as his fellow marines. He’s known the guys for two months and there’s a language barrier. I worked alongside foreign soldiers for an entire year and I would never claim we were brothers and as close as my fellow soldiers, even though we were all friends for sure and had each other’s backs. To me he takes “unnecessary” responsibility for losing more “brothers” than he actually did.
Im glad men like this are on our side!🇺🇸
