McQueen died from cancer caused by asbestos probably from his time working in the navy which used it literally everywhere in ships, added that Hollywood also used it for things like fake snow and other landscape backdrops .
Actually Steve had an excellent end. Before he knew he had cancer, he became a born again Christian. He made it out. 🙂

cancer is caused by out-of-control mutating cells… everyone has cells mutating everyday but normally these mutated cells are destroyed by the immune system… cancer develops when these cells are not properly dealt with by the immune system… bowel cancer likely is the result of an unhealthy gut, eg not enough fiber/fruits/vegetables, too many carcinogens, too much animal protein, etc, etc…. what goes in your body is very important folks… mcqueen died of lung cancer likely resulting from his exposure to asbestos… a lifetime diet of lung-healthy fruits and vegetables, eg broccoli, apples, etc possibly could have allowed mcqueen's system to keep his lungs healthy…
