More BS from this Ed guy, I'm starting to think he has an agenda, working for democrats maybe? The sad thing is that people will see this and take it as facts. AMLO didn't say "amnesty for cartels" he said he is NOT going to negotiate with them, like all previous presidents have. He said he wants to attack the problem from its true roots, which is young men, even kids not having any opportunities in life, lack of education, moral support, etc., so they go the criminal route for "easy" money. The amnesty program is aimed at low offense young men in prisons, not hard-core cartel members with 15, 25,50, etc., year sentences. The idea was that if these young men are pardoned they will agree (and be monitored) to become productive members of society, offering them opportunities at employment, etc. NOW, with that being said, do I agree? would it work? Is it working? I don't know, but let's tell it like it is, not paint an idea that this president will forgive cartels for anything they do and have done, making it seem as if he's part of them, that's fuckin' stupid and irresponsible Fake News! There is evidence that previous presidents were working with cartels, Garcia Luna is now in a NY Prison, Lozoya just got to MX after hiding in Spain for corruption, more and more pieces are falling. This president is actually fighting most of our BIG issues in Mexico at the root cause, corruption from the highest levels. But guess what, the DemocRATS are fighting him hard, because they know they can be exposed, i.e. Obama, Hillary, Holder and Fast N Furious. BE REAL FUCKERS!
