  1. I remember my friend was trying to argue that you can have a vegan diet and become strong and I was like no tech. I would have to have to be taking so many protein, supplements, and other supplements that you cannot get from a vegan diet do you have to eat meat to get your B vitamins. And I was like sure he could be strong but he’s not gonna get nowhere near as strong as a person who is eating a well-balanced diet with lots of meat, natural protein because if you’re doing a lot of supplements, you will destroy your liver. I’m learning the hard way.
