I was at work doing my shift
watching monitors
havent slept good in like a week
and while I was sitting and monitoring things in work
I have started to see something moving some sort of siluet ( shape ) and I snoored and what I believe woked me up
but then I was like… wtf did just happened? almost like a reality and my dreams collision
did I just slept and dreamed with my eyes opened?
I remembered this podcast and re-watching it again
wow thats amazing experience
So…this Is not of much help for 3 am wakings in terms of the anxiety for going back to sleep. I would love to sleep 8 hours but keep waking at 3 am feeling alert and rested. I could go back to sleep in an hour ir two but I have to function at 6 am because of my kid. Thinking I will die sooner doesn't help much to put my mind at rest.
I smoked weed all my life and dream like a mf all my life !
I quit smoking weed for long periods of time also and I never seen any difference
Watching this late at night knowing im not gonna get 8hours sleep 😂😂
