For anyone doubting a vegan diet, wait till one day you or a loved one has heart issues or blood pressure problems. Tell them to go vegan and watch what happens. No other way considering the amount of misinformation out there.
This little man has gotten so much wrong about the film and he doesn't even care. He should be embarrassed of himself.
He is wrong about Arnold, There is video on you tube of Franco saying that both he and Arnold drank "HEAVY CREAM" during training.
Vegan wins this one by a mile. But I agree with James: Chris is just not up to the task. I would like to see James debate someone who is better versed in current research and more eloquent. Chris is just not a good debater. He doesn’t know his subject matter; His integrity comes into question because he quoted multiple industry funded studies; and his delivery is just boring. I would rather watch James debate Joe Or Dr. Shawn Baker
