  1. This vegan dude is spot on with his rebuttals. I am not vegan but vegetarian for like 30 years at this point… I actually have started to eat some fish too, full disclosure, but I love these debates showing the truth of the matter that it's not about WHICH diet so much as A diet.. Meaning if you're health conscious and paying attention to what you put in your body, along with acknowledgment to the macronutrient composition, you're gonna likely do well. If you're waring garbage, vegan or straight carnivore, or over eating calories, you're gonna do poorly. Eat the right amount of calories and the right amount of protein/fat/carbs… You'll do well. If your protein is a steak or a cashew… You'll feel better than if it's a genetically modified processed over seasoned butter soaked patty of some sort
