the fact that Donald J. Trump is banned from Twitter (as am I), gives you a sampling of the amount of dysfunction in American politics. because, there's no way a senile Joe Biden (who cannot ace a mental acuity test – whereas Trump did) could be president, when he has less following than Elizabeth Warren and Bernie Sanders. Biden had 1/3 the following of Trump. Furthermore, Biden and son participated in an illegal kick-back scheme for foreign lobbyists (i.e. national governments hostile to the U.S.). given that there was a hard-drive with irrefutable evidence, as well as a video of Joe Biden boasting about quid pro quo – and the FBI did not pursue charges. there's a serious problem, above and beyond dysfunction; there's widespread corruption.
This guy is full of crap! It isn’t legal and they aren’t publishers. A publisher actually publishes news and other things. They are platforms and that was specifically clear under the law that they DIDN’T have the right to do what they’re doing and they can’t just change now!
The only reason they were able to get around it was some open interpretations of the legal definitions in the law that weren’t specific enough that they manipulated to get out of the responsibility so now they ACT like they’re publishers when they have no business whatsoever telling you and me what we can’t post

There is NO issue! THEY set the rules of THEIR own platform! YOU agree to those terms! The penalty for breaking them is suspension and or termination which you also agree to when you sign up! Period, end of story!
