  1. People who claim that they had a complete lack of energy after two weeks being vegan fail to realise that’s it’s their body missing all the addictive shit they’d normally eat on a standard diet. Once you break the addiction then you’ll never feel any better. That being said, I can’t imagine anyone sticking to a vegan diet if they’re not doing it for the animals

  2. Man I used to work as a chef at a 5 star resort.. I cut and prepped 40 steaks a day , and I’d eat all the “scrap” pieces that were too small to sell…. I felt great, I had no hunger (I did a lot of distance running and light weight training yoga).. but I had to eat my dinners after service (10pm or later)….. my energy was good but my stomach in the morning was agonizing… Covid hit, I stopped working, and stopped eating steak. I still eat steak maybe only a few times a year, chicken often, no daily ever and mostly greens and legumes… I’ve still got energy but my stomach man…. Like Diaz says I don’t feel weighed down and heavy. Wondering how my steak heavy diet would have effected me if I wasn’t eating it so damn late, more around Normal dinner time
