This dude is wrong, You have to go through a background check. If you live in. CA you can't buy in AZ, unless it is shipped to a local FFL in your state.
If I hear “I’m ok with it…(usually something which is a constitutional right) but…..,”and then continue to completely disregard the previous statement based on what you think is “common sense.” Please understand what you are talking about before you tell people you want the tyranny of the majority to decide how the minority should live, and what rights they should have access to.
For someone who preaches about “common sense” as the cure-all for problems we have he doesn’t seem to contain much by himself. You CANNOT GO BUY A GUN IN A STATE YOU DO NOT LIVE IN, YOU MUST SHOW AN STATE ID FOR THE STATE YOU ARE ATTEMPTING TO BUY A GUN IN, YOU ALSO NEED A STATE ID FOR THE FEDERAL BACKGROUND CHECK. It is HIGHLY ILLEGAL for an FFL to sell a gun to a non-citizen of that state. Also for example, a 50 round clip is necessary and should be allowed, for multiple reasons including the fact that guns don’t have a 100% kill rate per bullet, I.e. it almost always takes more than 1 bullet to put someone down. For someone living in California, near Oregon and Washington, where there has been riots for over 4 years now that include hundreds of people. “For people who talk about wanting small government, sometimes we need big government.” I try not to comment, but this statement shows they have literally ZERO knowledge of what conservatives in general want and believe government should be and represent. If people like him woke the hell up, and realized we used to teach children about firearms, how they worked, and what to do with them in emergencies, which is why there were almost NO gun accident up until the 1960s, when parents decided not teaching children how to act around firearms and gun safety was the right thing to do to stop children from hurting themselves with guns. Liberal logic for ya.

How about bring back the death penalty and use the f out of it! And maybe people might stop being so crazy
