Hey Rob you can use crushed garlic in water and spray on the plants. I wouldn't use vinegar as that will most likely kill your plants. I use vinegar to kill nut grass and some weeds, not all weeds though as I eat most of them.

Soap with water just for a week, spraying on plants. After that you continue with water and plants will be neutalized and will not have any taste or chemicals in them.
DT on your soil and neem oil on your foliage. both considered organic and works well for most things. soak leaves with neem oil concentrate mixed with water per instructions. I do this the last hr or 2 of the day after the sun isn't direct on the garden. some peeps do it in the morning but it can harm pollinators if dont in morning. DT can be done when ever but I only put it on soil 8-10" around stem. want to do this on a day the top half in of soil isn't soaked so it can work a lil longer.
