  1. Clearly hiding it has worked a treat hasn't it, have a look at how well behaved man is right now, things are going swimmingly aren't they.
Imaginary entities, concepts and items have no impact on a species tagged for extinction like the human race.

  2. Choice had nothing to do with why God put that forbidden tree there!

I hate that nonsensical theory about the forbidden tree being put there as a matter of free will.

People say that God wanted Adam and Eve to have the “choice” to obey or disobey him. They say that Adam and Eve would be just like robots carrying out their programming, or that God would be like a tyrant restricting their free will if he did not “give them the choice”. That logic is just ludicrous. By that logic, a parent (since God is our heavenly father) is apparently restricting their child’s free will if that parent doesn’t go out of their way to leave their child a loaded gun on the table for them to shoot someone, or access to cyanide so that the child has the option (a.k.a the “free will”) to poison themself or others. Tell me this: Is a parent obligated to provide their child the means to do harm/evil to themselves or others (especially if the child did not already previously have those means and never asked for those means in the first place)? If I ever have a child, am I simply obligated to buy my child a gun (that they never ask for) so that my child has the option to shoot up their school or something like that? Adam and Eve certainly did not plant that tree, nor did they ask God to plant it. God planted that tree on his own accord prior to even creating Adam and Eve. Therefore, if God had not planted that tree there, then he would not be denying or restricting anything from Adam and Eve! It would not be a free will issue because Adam and Eve neither had the means nor the desire to do evil in the first place (prior to eating the fruit)! To say that God would be denying them free will if he did not put that tree there, is to say that God owed mankind something that mankind never asked for and never would have had access to if that tree wasn't there..

Heck, Adam and Eve would have still had plenty of "choices" and free will without the forbidden tree. There were many trees and fruits in the garden after all. Sin just would not have been one of the options. Sin would have not been possible for us humans. Now, if you say that God would have been denying our free will just because something (sin in this case) was not possible for us, then I guess by that logic, he already is denying our free will even now, since even with the ability to sin, there are still things that are not possible for us. For example, where is my ability to fly or teleport or create things from nothing, huh? Those things are not possible for us humans. Therefore, I guess that by some people's logic, God is restricting our free will.

  3. Look no further, it was vividly described and its right under our noses. Its in the far east, beyond the summits (himalayas?) and the erythrean sea (Indian ocean), the east of the earth. Look at the map. The east of the earth is the Philippines. The Philippines is the Ophir or golden isles as described in 1521 by Pigafetta, Magellan's chronicler. It was known as Ophir (now Aparri) in Luzon island, Sheba ( Cebu) in Visayas and Tarshish in Mindanao (from small primates called Tarsier in Bohol and Mindanao, also Tarsila, a Maguindanaoan scribe), the three main island groups of the Philippines, where gold, silver, sandalwood, apes, peacocks, ivory are abundant. Also a 3 year roundtrip journey from Solomon's kingdom. Filipinos are known as seafearers up to this day. Other ancient maps also described the garden of eden as east of ganges (india) and south of seres (china). Recently, one of the oldest human activity was discovered near Aparri, dates back to 700,000 years. And homo luzonensis fossil at around 70,000 years ago. Today, one of the remaining ancient civilization that stood for more than 2000 years is the Banaue Rice Terraces located near Aparri/Ophir. The mountain of fire or the volcanoes, the greatest flood in history happened in the Philippines. And the abundance of flora and fauna makes the Philippines the garden of eden.
