BJJ is good in the ring or fighting one attack. The best BJJ fighter in the world has NO defends against a knife or more then one attacker.
This is why there are guns, knives, bats, tire irons, pepper spray, etc… because In a real fight people use weapons. And jujitsu won't save you from a stab wound or a gun shot.
You gotta know both. Learn Muay Thai and BJJ with some judo/wrestling
