Im pretty sure thats what most people mean by defund police. its really an unfortunate name that they picked to name this idea since it doesnt really mean that
I went on a UN Peacekeeping mission while I was in the US Army to Africa (Slavery is real, it was a sad reality) from 2009-10, then again in 2012. The Contractor who which was a female Doctor recieved funding from the State Dept. During her briefing she said "I do not support the Armyy, nor violence. I do not want to be associated with you, I merely want to be neutral as I have to get this aid to the people, and we need to evaluate the needs of the displaced persons (The mission was to go to a territory in Uganda which was raided by another tribe and they enslaved an estiamted 150 people, and killed the elderly men, and raped the woman. The young boys were to be converted to militants.)
She advised the only reason why my unit needed to go was she knew without the UN Peacekeepers (US Army) she and her team would be killed. She was a hippy lady that understood you cant do a good deed in a place that resides evil doers.
Let those communities burn themselves to ashes as a lesson to the remainder. Some people, especially those who behave as children, need to learn the hard way.
Once your daughter/wife/mother/sister gets her face or ribs broken by a cop simply because he didn't appreciate her tone, and he ends up facing no consequences, then you can tell me police doesn't need a complete overhaul joe rogan
A ex girlfriend I had was as smart as they come, nice as they come, and beautiful. In her 30’s she got schizophrenia and now living on the streets. I tried talking to her about helping her and she was unbelievably incoherent. I 100% believe she should be forced into a psychiatric hospital and forced meds.
