The bride of Christ is the children of Israel (Isaiah 54) That red dragon/serpent/devil was Herod and the Roman Empire. The children of Edom. I always found it funny how in Revelation 12 the devil the whole time was the children of Edom until this fight in heaven. That heaven wasn't talking about where God is
Consider another view please: In the Spring we have the 1st month of the Creator's Calendar. This is the month of the Passover, and resurection. The Creator's Calendar marks every month with one of 12 major constellations seen in the night sky. Every month we can identify what month it is by what constellation is seen in the sky. The women in Revelation 12 with the moon under her feet and 12 stars in her crown is "Virgo" when connecting all the stars correctly we see a women. The brightest star in that constellation is the Messiah. Every year we only see 11 stars in her crown. So if and when a planet moves into that crown in the 1st month of the Creator's Calendar we would see 12 stars. This was be a wonder also if at the same time the moon us under her feet.
This year on the night of the 23rd of April in 2024 the full moon will be over the brightest star that most people would call Jesus. This women also represents Mary the mother of Jesus.
In Revelation chapter 1 we read Jesus is telling John that he will be asked to write things that was, that is, and what will be. This means we will find in this letter to these Assemblies at the time John was writing some things that were history, some things that were taking place at the time John wrote, and future things which would be prophecy or future events.
We can't miss the history about Joseph, Mary, and baby Jesus being sent into the wilderness to protect them from Herod who wanted to kill all males two years old and under. We also read they the family was in the wilderness for 1,260 dates or 42 months.
Why was John given this history to us in this chapter for the Gospels told the story except we were not told the length they were hiding.
Answer: Before the Antichrist stands where he should not be and before the abomination that will make desolate begins the Bridegroom will lead out his Bride into the wilderness like Israel was brought out of Egypt during the same time of the month. The women is the Bride numbered in Rev. 7 to be 144,000 in number. This Bride will be protected, provided for for 1,260 dates or 42 months during the Great Tribulation which is the last half of the seven year of tribulation.
The Dragon or Serpant will try to kill her but the wicked people sent will be swallowed up by the earth. The Dragon will be very angery and then will make war with those who are in the Book of Life but were not chosen as the Bride. This prophecy is about two different groups that will be saved. 1. Those who live through the Great Tribulation and will be translated without seeing death. 2. The other wedding guests that will be given help by the Father to stand during this test that is coming upon all the Nations. They great multitude will be raised back to life at the sound of the Last Trumpet and we will gathered by the Angels and taken up to the Great White Cloud Chariot where Jesus is waiting.
Tabernacles in the fall season in the Seventh Biblical month is the time of ingathering by the Angels. The Tabernacles begins on the 15th and is a 7 day honeymoon with the Bride and bridegroom are finally together. On the 8th Great Day of Tabernacles we walk into the Gates of the New Jerusaelm City in heaven. see John 14.
