*****. Listen to me. THE reason this podcast succeeds is bc it’s talks about LIFE. Not bullshit talk show topics. We men struggle. We hurt! We really fuckin hurt!! We have emotional needs that are very often NOT MET by women, our wives, our family nor our best friend. We suffer in silence. And even though we may have a great job, a beautiful wife and beautiful kids and a beautiful house, we are still unhappy and we still want to escape! And we don’t know why!!!
As men its very tough to open up , were supposed to be strong for everyone else but in return it hurts us mentally. Sadly in these times men cant show any emotion because it deems is weak.
I'm a people pleaser and one day I came to realize that I can imagine myself in the third-person and use my skill for self-healing. If you are a people pleaser, and are having a hard time, try this out. Let me know.
