I loved the guy and I loved his output. Tony, if you’ve gotta drop out for a while & figure things out: we all understand. It’s alright: Anthony the person being ok is more important than everything else. When NPR announced his departure, intuition told me a factor got involved in his passing, and it made me feel angry. I valued him as a good example, and I replayed his talks on my iPod. I hope his spirit feels peace.
It hurts my heart to see ANYONE in pain…heartbreaking. Mental illness is REAL. My brother took his life…prayers to all that has lost someone they loved to suicide….
Man… after that podcast I can only think that Joe took a minute for himself too to where it’s like, “nobody talk to me for at 5minutes.” I could only expect that’s what a normal person would to do to try and mourn and process his death man.
I’m so glad that someone spoke up for himself in this regard…
