Humans always call canine breeds "aggressive" when it's actually typical canine/wolf behavior. They speak and act in a pack manner that has a hierarchy. Learn how it works and how they communicate with each other and suddenly you realize bad behaviors comes from lack of pack training and lack of socialization. There are leaders and followers in the canine/wolf world and they need this structure to know their place and their role or they act unstable. Only humans who are in denial of their pets needs are the aggressive party.
