You can't stay consistent with the flat Earth map. The equinox is a hard thing to explain. How does the sun come up at 90 degrees east every place on the planet, and set exactly 270 degrees? The day is the same length everywhere too.
The sun would have to be traveling slower around your disk now than in the northern winter since the arc length would be shorter with the sun up on the smaller north circles. You should be able to measure this, you have the tools. Use timeanddate.com if you want that should work. The summer solstice is the slowest speed.
What is happening at sunset? The sun and moon stay the same size when they set and they don't slow down. If it was perspective then they would shrink to a vanishing point and get much slower in its descent if we were on a plane. Nothing of the sort happens.
When the sun is 5 or 10 degrees above the horizon where is the sun, you can use simple trig to calculate the distance since the sun is at a right angle to the plane, it is no where close to where it should be why is that? Do the calculation, use the 3000 or 5000 mile height. Then look up where on the planet it is noon, that is how far the sun should be on a flat Earth.
The Earth is spinning, look up at night and watch the stars rotate counterclockwise by a point near Polaris. Sorry Polaris is not on the axis. Then buy a airplane ticket or call a friend in Australia or South America and see different stars rotating clockwise around a different point. That cannot be explained on a flat Earth.
You can measure the curvature but that is harder, The best way would be to get a transit level and a surveyors stick. You will need to use the NGVD (National Geodetic Vertical Datum) and go out and do some precision measurements over a large distance. That would be lots of work, a way might be to measure a triangle over a large area, I mean city size. The angles do not add up to 180 degrees, it is something called spherical excess. Surveyors take it into account all the time on large area surveys.
I believe the flat Earth is a deception used to marginalize people of faith. It is most definitely a globe.
