  1. Equity Court can not hear you. Common Law court (third article courts) can hear you. All crime is commercial. All states have this as rule #1. All States go by the Universal Commercial Code. Saying that he is innocent is not part of the code. They can not hear you. You need to go to a 3rd Article Court with 3rd article judges. They are common law and they can hear you. When you are in an Equity court you are looking at a "trust". Judge = trustee, Prosecutor = executor, defendant = beneficiary.

  2. That's so true…when you challenge the authority…don't get your hopes up…If they accept your side of the story that means they were wrong! They would do everything in their power to be right! True story. A car cut in front of me so abruptly I couldn't stop in time and we colided! I took pictures right after, even before we moved to the side away from traffic. Police were called. 2 policemen with one came to me and the other to the other driver. I made sure I had copies of the pictures. The day I went to collect my police report, the report had none of my account of what happened! Turned out the cop that was getting information from the other driver was the one who wrote out the report! I was very upset I said to the cop in the station…just my luck, the cop there who gave me the report happened to be the cop getting the story from that driver. I showed him pictures and proved that he cut in front of me because the moment we colided his car was still pulling in…he was cutting in while I was always on my lane. The cop was very apprehensive about correcting the report…stating he needed the leadership to review, then sign off…basically showing that he had the wrong information. It was so hard to do…but in the end he reluctantly update the report…I won 100%. Had I not challenge the police…I would have to pay for the driver's damaged car as well as my own. Never let authority get away with murder!! Always document the situation, especially when you are right!
