Bite mark evidence is legit. Blood splatter not so much.
This is a big issue with our legal system, if some judge somewhere, one friggin time, decides something is allowed for the rest of time all judges will look at that legal precedent and use it. That is so friggin dumb man….
Had to do some research for school and called Ted Bundy's lead defense attorney for the XO murders, Mike Minerva. Do not get that guy started on how useless bite mark evidence is, he'll let you know in a hurry. Also, he's pretty tired of talking about that case. Ted was an asshole.
The whole system is corrupt
