I used to be a HUGE supporter of The DP…NO MORE. I’m looking at the case of The State of Idaho vs Bryan C. Kohberger . This case is really starting to look like a set up, and the DA, LE, Parents of the victims AND the mainstream media…All of them using a narrative of guilt while all the evidence of innocence is right in front of their faces they continue to shout guilty guilty guilty. I pray he gets a fair jury because if he doesn’t another innocent person may be executed by firing squad. If you’re not following the case…start.

Google Barton McNeil. His still current wrongful conviction case in the appeals process and represented by two innocence projects in the State of Illinois is featured in Esquire Magazine Mar/Apr 2024 issue. He knew immediately his violent ex-girlfriend Misook Nowlin he had just broken up with gained access to his 3-year old's open ground floor window and smothered her death. It was Bart himself who demanded police return to his apartment after they believed his daughter earlier in the day had died of natural causes and to bring an entire forensic unit with them when they returned. As his daughter's window had been severely tampered with. With only two windows in the apartment the police in the morning that included two detectives missed the obvious damage to the window which led into the child's bedroom. In less than 24 hours he was arrested before an investigation of his ex-girlfriend could begin as he was the one to deduce she was smothered with police believing only the killer would know how a child cold be silently killed since he was in the living room of his 1 bedroom apartment and didn't hear a thing. He was convicted in a bench trial with inadequate counsel that had been appointed to represent him and sentenced to a lifetime sentence later "reduced" to a 100-year maximum sentence. During his resentencing hearing he fired his public defender attorney, railed against the system that wrongfully convicted him, and predicted accurately that because the State got his case wrong, his ex-girlfriend would go onto kill again predicting even that it would be a child or a woman. 13 years later she strangled her mother-in-law in a macabre premeditated murder. Precisely what Joe was saying happens when you get the wrong person.
I hope Joe learned never to have this absolute scammer on his show ever again.
