"Monitor their citizens, manage their money, even check their emotions." The Federal Reserve is already creating a Central Bank Digital Currency (CBDC) to digitize and centralize control over your money. A CBDC would give federal officials full control over the money going into–and coming out of–every person’s account. There is no limit to the level of control that the government could exert over people if money is purely electronic and provided directly by the government. Governments could place permissions on what you can buy with your own money, add expiration dates, and limits on where you can spend it. The CBDC also creates a system where every transaction you make is recorded on an electronic ledger that the government owns. Governments could also just cut you off from your digital money and could easily suspend the digital wallets of perceived political enemies or a person who opposes official policy. This is, I believe, the fulfillment of the prophecy in Revelation 13:17 where the Bible predicts “and that no man might buy or sell, except that he had the mark, or the name of the beast, or the number of his name." The Antichrist must create a need for his appearance. He’s doing that by means of crashing the global economy, killing the dollar, and making everyone desperate. He will set the stage by economic collapse, food shortages, wars, and rumors of wars and with every kind of chaos imaginable. In the time of this global despair, this charismatic leader will give people hope. The Papacy will ultimately create a church, state alliance. The United States will make an “image” to the beast as it did in the past by legislating religious practice. It will pass laws requiring worship and force people to either obey them or face death. This action is a copy or image of the church-state combination that the papacy utilized at the height of her power during the middle ages, when millions were slain for their faith. America will combine civil government and secular churches in a "marriage" that will support the papacy. It will then influence all the nations of the world to follow her example. Thus, the papacy will gain worldwide support. People won’t be able to buy or sell unless they accept the Mark of the Beast (follow the rules and regulations of the Papacy).
