No need to speculate and come up with tall tales about another creation or children existing prior to Cain and Abel etc… Hadn't heard those ideas before.
Not hard to see where these people came from that Cain interacted with. With his wife being a close relative or sister. As you showed we have enough information in the Genesis account with the time frames to show this easily. They also lived for a very long time as Seth, Enoch, Methuselah, Adam, Jared, Lamech Noah and others lived for hundreds of years – Gen 5:4-32. With being close to perfection and at the beginning of all humans on earth humans had very strong immune systems clearly. This would have not only helped with having long lives but also no problems having children together which God told them to do starting with Adam and Eve (so be fruitful – Gen 1:28) The point about Noahs children starting again producing children with only themselves on earth is also a valuable point for those who don't like the idea of Cain marrying a sister. God allowed it. Of course, he changed things with the Mosaic law coming into effect.
So it's rather easy to see that in a hundred or couple of hundred years many people (male and female) would have existed after Adam and Eve had Cain. Maybe even the first women from Eve even had twins or more quickly after having Cain, Able and even before Seth which would have sped things up just as today. People can also travel rather quickly and don't stay in one place so groups of children could have easily left the close vicinity of Eden and gone off to explore and found the place called Nod over to the east. Then Cain followed. Logical and self-explanatory really when you put the verses together that all bear on the subject.
The Bible has the information to gain the answers. Just means we have to actually read it. Also, many forget or don't realize that the Bible narratives/accounts are not always chronological in order so we have to put it together like a jig saw puzzle. Which you did. Thanks!

GOD calls all Adam, when GOD is telling Noah/Adam who HE is gonna destroy HE says man and beast.
You would think it would say "i will destroy women and men" , but it states men and beast, why would CREATING POWER(the Big Bang if you will💥🌎🌞 🌚🌑🌒🌓🌔🌕 💫🌟✨💭🐍🐒🐴🕷🐪🐙🦀🦂🦁🦃🦐🦄🌪😂🦈🦏🦑🐀🐎🌳🌲🌴🌿🌵🌾🤵🤷👨👩👧👦👹)put words together like that?

The adam made after the 7th day rest had 3 sons first, the one named Cain got his serpent/wife from the 6th day creation ❤then Adam had more sons and daughters after cain got with the serpent{which is another human being} not an actual snake ❤GOD is not a liar, We had dominion over all animals 👈genesis 1:26-31
