Why would they lie?
Extra territory and it goes completely against ancient cosmology,Biblical cosmology and creation.
The Bible is a flat earth book. In the book of Genesis the earth was created first and then the sun.
Everything revolves around the earth not the sun according to the Bible.
And thereβs well over 240 versus describing a flat earth.
There's a firmament over the earth and in the firmament the sun, the moon, the stars and the wandering stars (The Greek word planet means wandering stars)
Number two – hiding God/heaven from us.
Literally no heaven and no hell. Just a ball floating in space. Nothing above us nothing below us.
Telling us they've been up there and there is NO GOD!
Thereβs just a ever expanding black vacuum void of death. And we are on a spinning ball just continuously rotating and flying through space!!
Yet out of the other corner of their mouth "there's more stars than grains of sand on the beach and it's mathematically impossible for there not to be other life out there"
And of course that life is smarter than WE are!!
Even though WE are created in the image of God!!
So they have everybody believing space is an empty void, an ever expanding black nothingness of death YET with every imaginable possibility of life you can think of !!
That is nothing but a satanic trick.
Absolutely nothing but absolutely everything!!
If everyone knew we were ALL created in the image of God, his throne sits right above the blue sky/firmament, he is looking down on us like grasshoppers, there's nowhere we can go and we are all here together.
Then people would start to wonder who is HE !!???
And what does HE expect of us ALL !!!!?????
If people came to that realization they would start to self govern under God's law a.k.a. Logos.
And would have no need for government.
If you can lie to people where they actually live.
Then you can get them to believe anything!!
My question is why wouldn't those in power lie.
When virtually everything else they engage is the same untruth.
But have to admit, this thinking doesn't bring any comfort. None whatsoever.
Admiral Byrd who went to both polar regions, was shut down.
Yet in those diaries, other ice free lands exist.
But we will never be allowed to see them.
Those in charge will destroy civilization before they give up their lies.

Using a lie illustrate the principles of deception may not be the best way to go. Why try to make it so convincing that the globe is flat? You stand to lose credibility. The mass deception and distortion of reality is of coarse a very real thing, but illustrate some other way.
