I just wanna say how much of a bitch having PTSD can be. I really wanna listen to this, but i can't, because some part of my brain is fucked up and is sending signals that I'm being hurt again when i hear about bad injuries. It's such a freaky thing! I have great mind and self control, but it's been 20+ years and i can't get over this shit no matter what i try.
So if you know someone that has it, and they freak out about weird things, cut them some slack and understand that sometimes there's not a damn thing we can do to stop it. The brain is a powerful thing.
I feel like at least a part of him has to have felt bad for Silva when he fought him after seeing Anderson laying on the ground wincing in pain. These are the types of injuries that you wouldn't wish on your worst enemy, effing brutal.
