Imagine the implications of all this. With all the data they have, someone evil could emulate every single person on earth. And thus simulate their future. And their children's future.
And if they're "good citizens" or not.

A quantum AI with all of our mind and personality data could simulate a future that pleases those in power, and even make a list of undesireables with a personalized way to "remove" those people from the gene pool without ever having to do anything themselves.
