  2. Damn, this whole discussion is perfect. I also finally decided to focus on health, dropped 30 lbs in past 2 years. Can do some pushups and pullups also now. Got a great new job, dropped some bad friends. Feels good, start with yourself and GIVE YOURSELF TIME! I gave myself 2 years to fix the damage I did the prior ten years. I would say diet is 2x more important than exercise for changing your body shape. And it starts with shopping correctly at the grocery store! Don't even put the bad stuff in the cart, you know the bad stuff I'm talking about. Cooking ain't that hard, use that phone for a good purpose and checkout some YouTube channels on good clean home cooking. It's healthier and cheaper.
