Shabbat Shalom All! The Strange FIRE were COALS they took 4 their censer from somewhere other (the harth-pots as U stated) than the Sacrifice Alter that GOD Started with his FIRE in 9:24. Those Coals were the strange fire! They probably did that because they were Intoxicated as 2 the mentioning about drinking before going into the Tent of Meeting 10:9.
