Jesus’ entire purpose was to proclaim the Father

Without God, we would not know Jesus; and without Jesus, we wouldn't know God. Most are too busy blaspheming against God by claiming that his Son is God, but this leads straight to hell without repentance. Jesus said, “and this is life eternal that they might know you the only true God, and Jesus Christ, whom you have sent” (John 17:3). The fatal mistake is that most think they know God; they think Jesus is God, even after Jesus said we must know them both to have eternal life. To reject these words is to reject God. And if they reject God, God will reject them as well (John 12:48).
