  1. I wasn't aware of the fourth book of the Maccabees, thank you for sharing. HaleluYAH! Now that I have finished reading it, I have a pressing question, if you or someone with a higher understanding, could please answer? Why is there an emphasis on the building of gymnasiums in the accounts of the Maccabees in the sense that should believers consider it unrighteous to exercise in a gym?

  2. I started to lose weight last year after seeing how fat I was in family photos 😆. I lost 61 pounds by doing keto diet, simple exercise such as walking and pulling weeds off my backyard. I also did some fasting for about 14-16 hours everyday, stopped eating unclean foods such as pork and various types of seafoods as per the Bible's instructions. I could've lose more if I didn't procrastinate, but I'm very happy of the result thus far. Now I only need to lose 40 more pounds before I reach the healthy weight for my height.

Cutting out processed food-like substances, inflammatory vegetable and seed oils, and following a low-carb/Keto/Ketovore/Carnivore way of eating, no fast food or restaurant food or conventionally raised meat (only grass-fed, grass finished, no antibiotics, hormones, or mRNA vaccines) beef that has been ethically raised and humanely harvested, organic and pastured poultry and eggs, raw dairy, natures carbs in the form of berries and a small amount of veg. Off my type 2 diabetes non-insulin injectable medication taken for 15+ years, 70 lbs. down and counting.
