Does pain free mean easy? Absolutely not. It was HARD work in the same way that spending 12 hours straight at the gym working out would be very hard work. I pushed for 5 hours and the EMS even came at the last second to try to take me to the hospital but you can still work hard and have fun at the βgymβ.

God bless your little family. We had two unassisted home births after having a nightmare of a hospital birth with our firstborn. Being at home has so many more advantages. It's great to see how enthusiastic your husband is & how much he is involved in the process π Joy, you did something amazing and even though I don't know you, I'm so proud of you.
