Does pain free mean easy? Absolutely not. It was HARD work in the same way that spending 12 hours straight at the gym working out would be very hard work. I pushed for 5 hours and the EMS even came at the last second to try to take me to the hospital but you can still work hard and have fun at the “gym”.

Yah is so very good! Bless your new baby and your family. My wife and I did a natural home birth this past October to a beautiful and healthy baby boy. He is not vaccinated and we can see the difference in development from our other two sons who were hospital born and vaccinated. Natural is certainly the way to go.
