  1. God has only ONE name, Jehovah, as is seen at Exodus 3. Here, Moses is being sent to Pharaoh of Egypt, as well as to the Israelites (Ex 3:11, 12), so that he asks the angel representing Jehovah God: "Suppose I go to the Israelites and say to them, ‘The God of your forefathers has sent me to you,’ and they say to me, ‘What is his name (singular, NOT plural) ?’ What should I say to them ?”(Ex 3:13)

The representative angel tells Moses: "I Will Become What I Choose to Become.” And he added: “This is what you are to say to the Israelites, ‘I Will Become has sent me to you……..This is what you are to say to the Israelites, ‘Jehovah the God of your forefathers, the God of Abraham, the God of Isaac, and the God of Jacob, has sent me to you.’ This is my name (singular, NOT plural) forever, and this is how I am to be remembered (by the name Jehovah) from generation to generation’”(Ex 13:14, 15)

God's name of Jehovah (from the Hebrew letters of YHWH or Yod He Waw He, that is transliterated as Yahweh, as well as five other ways), is found in the Hebrew Scriptures (commonly but inaccurately called "the Old Testament") almost 7,000 times, while the titles of God, Lord, and Almighty are found only some 5,000 times combined, showing that Jehovah wants sincere people to know and use his name.

In fact, at John 17:3, Jesus said in prayer to Jehovah: "This means everlasting life, their coming to know you (Jehovah), the only true God, and the one whom you sent, Jesus Christ." Coming to intimately know and love Jehovah God "means everlasting life", with Jesus Christ as the channel for Jehovah's salvation.

At Luke 10, when a Jewish man versed in the Mosaic Law asked Jesus what he had to do to gain everlasting life, Jesus then asked the man: "What is written in the Law ? How do you read ?", to which the man quotes Deuteronomy 6:5 and Leviticus 19:18:

"You must love Jehovah your God with your whole heart and with your whole soul and with your whole strength and with your whole mind’ and ‘your neighbor as yourself.’” He said to him: “You answered correctly; keep doing this and you will get life.”(Luke 10:25-28)

At Isaiah 62, it says of symbolic "Jerusalem": "Upon your walls, O Jerusalem, I have commissioned watchmen. Continuously, all day long and all night long, they should not be silent. You who make mention of Jehovah, do not rest……..Look ! Jehovah has proclaimed to the ends of the earth: “Say to the daughter of (symbolic) Zion, ‘Look ! Your salvation is coming. Look ! His reward is with him, and the wage he pays is before him.’”(Isa 62:6, 11)

And the apostle Paul wrote to the Roman Christians, quoting Joel 2:32: "For “everyone who calls on the name of Jehovah will be saved.”(Rom 10:13)

  2. Faith is truly the only armor against the enemy. I keep faith. As a single mom things are hard on me both of my sons are autistic and I’m constantly struggling to provide the basic necessities for them especially now that I’m homeschooling them because my hours to work are limited. I suffered an heart attack two years ago and I’m battling lupus my health isn’t the best. Yet God gives me strength. I will keep faith as I constantly struggle to pay bills and I constantly struggle to buy groceries for my children. The devil wants me to give up. But I know God Gives His Hardest Battles To His Strongest Soldiers. Jesus is King and I will serve him no matter my struggles.
