  1. Ezekiel 4:10… Ezekiel was instructed to eat a certain amount of meat throughout his ordeal of lying on his sides. He was to have all the food with him because he wasn’t to leave his resting place. So either the meat was preserved some way, or the meat was actually nuts.

On the other hand, canned cooked meats that have preservatives to last for months at a time may be well preserved but are permeated with these ingredients that are not generally healthy for you. They also change the tastes of these meats which is why sugar and salts and nitrates are often added. Freeze portions of meats for as long as you need to until you're ready to cook them. Then plan your meals so that the remaining portions of the meal with meat can be finished within three days. If you have a large or moderately sized family it's not a problem, but for a single person or couple planning is more crucial. That is the healthiest way to prepare and eat meats after being cooked and refrigerated.
