Adam, you are an inspiration to me. I know the difference between seeking the esteem of man and seeking only His esteem. Prayer is through the Holy Spirit– NOT dependent on whether or not people think we have sinful motives. Yes– YHWH says to pray in private so that we are not getting praise and also He says to pray without ceasing! If the Father calls us to stop and pray– we obey. God's people will always experience spiritual attack the Light of Christ; to silence, to oppress, to stagnate, to hinder… let us be Lights in the darkness through His grace, truth and love– whether in private or in fellowship 💖🙏. I feel sure that you are correct in your understand of the written word about prayer. Just the other day, I was listening to another teaching on Youtube, and the dear brother was speaking harshly about those of us that are using the name of GOD, YAHUAH, and HIS only begotten son YAHUSHA quoting, " They are trying to bring you back under the law, but JESUS has set you free from the law." In my opinion, our LORD came to explain the law more clearly in order for us to understand the law, whereas the others had complicated his law and made it grievous. I think of the verse in Matthew 24:23, "Then any man shall say unto you, lo, here is Christ believe it not.I think when we surf the internet for teachers to teach us, we may be chasing fake Jesus's. But, I enjoy your channel Adam. Because you read the written word and then you let YAHUAH and YAHUSHA speak to our spirits through the HOLY SPIRIT, so thanks to YAHUAH, YAHUSHA, and the HOLY SPIRIT for sending all his servants to help the children find the way back home.
