I realize this is an old video, but Isaiah 56 states :
"
2Blessed is the man that does these things, and the man that holds by them, and keeps the sabbaths from profaning them, and keeps his hands from doing unrighteousness. "
Personally, I refrain from anything personal. I spend my day in the Word. It's an appointment with God, it's set apart from the other days . We can do our pleasure on the other 6 days.
People forget that Jesus told them of the sheep falling in a ditch on the Sabbath and it is common sense to go and get him out of the ditch. Mat_12:11 And he said unto them, What man shall there be among you, that shall have one sheep, and if it fall into a pit on the sabbath day, will he not lay hold on it, and lift it out? Mat 12:12 How much then is a man better than a sheep? Wherefore it is lawful to do well on the sabbath days.
"Remember the sabbath day, to *keep it holy*". The focus is on our Creator and everything about Him.
Isaiah 58:13
If thou turn away thy foot from the sabbath, from doing thy pleasure on my holy day; and call the sabbath a delight, the holy of the Yahweh honourable; and shalt honour him, not doing thine own ways, nor finding thine own pleasure, nor speaking thine own words:

I kept shabbat and all goes great, i stopped and everything went bad. I have started keeping it once more and things are getting better

I believe Holy Spirit has told me that in the new covenant it's not about keeping a day of the week but a heart posture of entering in to His rest when He convicts you to. Hence, the new covenant is about intimate relationship.
